On our farm in Camembert, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, we are two partners who raise Normandy cows with horns. We process 100% of our milk to make organic raw milk farmhouse Camembert and organic raw cream.
Our cows are fed grass and hay from our natural pastures. We have chosen a production method that respects animal welfare and the environment. Our farm is low carbon: the energy we use most is human energy and almost everything is done by hand. Like our Camembert, which is moulded by hand in our cheese dairy.
Guided tour with or without tasting, by reservation 48 hours in advance by telephone (landline).
During the guided tour, we will explain how we operate, which is quite unique in the dairy farming landscape, and we will also visit the calves, heifers and cows. If the tour takes place during the production of Camembert, you will be able to watch the moulding process through the window of the cheese dairy (depending on the day and time).
